1 to 3 Veg. Noodles Masala is delicious snack of meal which can be prepared in just minutes. It is made from selected wheat and natural flavorings. Relished by the young and the grownups alike, it is a healthy and nutritious alternative to cumbersome cooking.
How to make: Cook 100 gm Noodles in 4 Cups (500 ml) of boiling water for 5 minutes. After cooking, drain the remaining water and rinse the cooked Noodles in cold water. To avoid sticky adds one spoon of oil on Noodles.
In a frying pan heat 3 tablespoon of oil. First fry the cooked Noodles for one minute. Then add 2 tablespoon (15 gm) of 1 to 3 Noodles Masala. Stir gently for one minute in low flame and serve hot.
For extra taste add chopped and boiled vegetables (example: Capsicum, Carrot and Onion)
